The Parents, Teachers and Friends Association  which meets on a Tuesday night each month at 7.30pm in the Staffroom. We strive to fulfil our mission statement to support the whole school community by facilitating social interaction, information sharing and fundraising. Parents are a vital component of our school and we would welcome your involvement.

All current parents, teachers and friends of the school are automatically members of the PTFA which exists to:

• Develop the education facilities of the school and maximise their use through fund-raising and information giving activities.
• Provide opportunities for interested people to be actively involved in the life of the school.
• Foster understanding of the roles of the various groups within the school community and provide a link between them.
• Help keep parents up-to-date with educational information.

An elected Committee organises a wide range of activities for the whole school community. For example the PTFA organises Welcome Morning Teas for Prep parents and a Welcome Picnic for the whole school.

As well, the PTFA acts as a forum for communication between groups within the School Community through our school's class representatives and through organising parent information evenings.
